What You’ll Be Doing
 
You will be part of the Credit Cards team reporting to the Director, Strategic Initiatives, Planning & Integration.  As the senior manager you will lead and support several activities that are critical to ensuring that the Credit Cards Business is progressing smoothly. These activities include: the development and execution of the multi-year cards strategic roadmap, the annual planning process and ongoing business review activities, development of strategic executive presentations while ensuring alignment with cards/organizational priorities and the ongoing management of important business activities that are required to ensuring both cards as well as organization initiatives are running smoothly.
 
How You’ll Succeed
  • Collaboration - Partner with cards and organization stakeholders to collaborate and deliver work packages of varying nature including: strategic roadmaps and initiatives, strategic planning and ongoing business management activities
  • Idea generation - Contribute ideas and concepts to the Cards multi-year roadmap by staying engaged in business discussions and well-informed on new opportunities across the industry. Raise suggestions and ideas that identify new and effective ways to improve client experience and deliver business growth
  • Driving business - Assist in identifying and recommending changes to existing business processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive effectiveness
  • Prioritization and Multi-tasking - Manage multiple activities and deliver effectively on priorities set by the Cards leadership team. Self-planning responsibility including latitude to establish priorities, work plans, identify issues and solve problems. Manage multiple judgements and decisions which have critical business implications, often within narrow timelines
 

 

Specialist Experience

  • You can demonstrate experience in strategic and business planning as well as business model development.  You are an effective problem solver with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret factual (and conceptual) information with the objective to move deliverables along while addressing obstacles and meeting timelines.  You also have well developed presentation and communication skills both written and verbal to convey or present complex conceptual information involving interpretation and opinion.
  • You've Completed. Business degree (BBA or MBA preferred).
