Job Summary

Construct and implement Digital and E-Commerce campaign strategy for business development

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Construct and implement Digital and E-Commerce campaign strategy for business development and set clear measurable KPIs
  • Identify key market trends in digital marketing across insurance industry to drive web sales growth, conversion, and improvements in the customer experience
  • Oversee the entire online sales process and experience from prospecting, identifying opportunities, providing customer solutions
  • Deliver capabilities that maximize digital marketing campaigns and the integration of social media, mobile and alternative cross-channel retail features that expand new customers and retain existing customers
  • Liaise with various levels of management and be responsible for implementing strategic change aligned with the firm wise digital strategic goals
  • Formulate and execute the content marketing and email marketing initiatives; be capable of communicate with end customers
  • Track and monitor the effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts against business goals for lead generation and sales growth
  • Manage forecasts, budgets, and performance reporting for the campaigns
  • Present category/campaign business results and insights to senior leaders and executives on a regular basis including scorecards, testing results, new initiatives, business reviews, etc.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use customer and acquisition data and business metrics to support business decisions, optimization and generate insights


Specialist Experience

  • Core business strategy skills for strategy definition, roadmap development, budget planning, success measurement, etc.
  • 5+ years of E-Commerce & digital marketing experience, financial industry is preferred
  • Successful track record of helping develop, present and execute strategic digital campaigns; deep understanding of the E-Commerce sales & digital marketing channels especially on Social Media
  • Demonstrated depth of UX experience, communications strategy, E-Commerce marketing systems, tools & platforms and segmentation decisions
  • Exceptional understanding of consumer online behavior, trends and market analysis
  • Good writing skills on financial retail business communication
  • Ability to build relationship across stakeholders and effectively influence and communicate across various business lines within the organization
  • An MBA or post graduate degree related to E-Commerce
