Job Description



We are currently searching for a forward thinking, strategic leader to lead Marketing for Intuit Brazil. You will be responsible for defining and executing Intuit’s Marketing strategy in Brazil and will be a key member of the Brazil leadership team, representing Marketing with a single voice. Working alongside Product, Sales, Care, Engineering teams, and the rest of the Brazil marketing team, you will design and deliver effective, results-focused and inspirational marketing campaigns. You will drive projects such as defining and implementing country marketing plans and communications strategy, and developing creative content that optimally positions Intuit’s brand and voice in market.


  • Responsible for managing Intuit brand holistically and defining and leading strategy for branded house; Manage brand/PR agencies and prioritize projects
  • Develop and implement a development strategy on the home market to Brazil in particular focusing on direct distribution via the Web (digital marketing, SEO / SEO/Website optimization)
  • Lead a high performing marketing team. Actively creates an environment where employees can do the best work of their lives. Also broader mentorship of key talent in the community including development, rotation and mobility programs; design and provide directions for execution with excellence
  • Provides strategic and tactical direction for marketing including planning and budgeting
  • Work on integrated campaigns in different channels and ensure connection between them
  • Monitor competitors
  • Manage market research and perform trend analysis
  • Consistently role models and teaches Intuit’s values across the organization, setting the tone and the standard for others
  • Seeks out marketing best practices and ways to share learnings across the Marketing community


Specialist Experience

  • BA required, MBA is a definite plus
  • A minimum of 10 years of marketing leadership experience required
  • SaaS/Global experience a plus
  • Digital experience and Brand experience critical
  • Requires a strategic mindset with capability of engaging in deep business and marketing-related discussions with senior management
  • Forward-thinking leader with the ability to create strategy, drive decisions and take action, and to roll up their sleeves and dive into the work when needed
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a passion for attracting and growing talent across the Marketing Community
  • Understands the importance of failing forward and encourages hypothesis driven experimentation
