Innovating for customers and offer the offer the widest in the world are the two pillars of success from Amazon. Amazon Prime is a booming membership program that facilitates the client's life by offering a better comfort level and service. Since its introduction in the US in 2005, the Premium program has become an important growth factor for Amazon. Since its launch in 2005 to Etas States, the program has expanded to England, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Japan. It has become an important source of competitive advantage in online retail categories. In this role, you are responsible for Premium program in France. You reach the goals and improve the current program by introducing new benefits and a marketing program to attract and retain customers. You are also responsible for the delivery experience in France. You set up new delivery options that benefit all categories of products to provide a better customer experience. Your responsibilities as Prime Program Manager:

  • Define and improve the Premium experience in France, working with the Seattle teams to launch new projects
  • Develop a marketing project that will develop recruitment and customer loyalty program in the Premium
  • Analyze the performance of campaigns and work to improve our approach to maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and loyalty.
  • Be the point of contact in the Premium France for teams Prime acquisition, Prime Product and Prime Technology based in Seattle and the teams France Retail, Operations and Benchmarking.
  • Develop a high quality premium service and be in touch with the customer service teams to quickly identify and resolve problems.
  • Define and improve the customer experience on deliveries in France (price, speed, services)


Specialist Experience


  • Business school or leading engineer. MBA is a more
  • 8-10 years experience in an analytical environment, preferably in finance or consulting
  • The ideal candidate will be able to identify and carry out several projects in both an international and dynamic environment.
  • Fluent English
  • Be very analytical, project management, keeping the center of its priorities customer satisfaction
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
