Job Description

The sucessful candidate is to drive proposal development and commercial  contract negotiation leading to sucessful award of complex projects for District Energy in key cities.

Job Description

  • Participate in business development activities for city key account
  • Drive the proposal development, coordinate technical function, in particular, ensure on time submitance of the proposal
  • Take ownership of cost estimation in a project context, provide NPV and payback analysis
  • Explore various commercial set up to maximize value proposition and give recommendation to management
  • Coordinate internal functrions (sales, technical, legal, etc)  to form contract documents and lead negotiations  

Specialist Experience


  • Have a Bachelor degree or above in Engineering,  MBA or EMBA is preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Seven years plus total work experience
  • Strong analytic thinking and Strong business acumen. Commercial knowledge required.
  • Customer oriented (Internal/external), and pro active communication
  • Knowledge in heating, power generation,HVAC industry are preferred
  • Experience in city infrastructure and municipal projects are preferred
  • Experience in tendering process, contract preparation,cost estimation,revenue calcuation, payback, and other financial analysis such as Net Present Valuation with proper training
