Take an active part in development and implement Marketing Strategy in accordance with the Global Business Strategy on Therapy Area/Product.

Develop new opportunities based on customer needs and working with other functional areas (e.g., R&D, regulatory, sales).

Implement marketing activities across product line.

Scope of responsibility ranges from existing product and line extensions to new product lines.

Implement Promotional Campaign, Tactical and Operational Plan to grow sales and market share.

Execute Marketing Strategy and control ROI.
-
Effectively communicate with SF and other functions to ensure alignment with approved Marketing Strategy.

Deliver trainings on Therapy Area/Product to support SF and other functions with necessary knowledge and skills.

Effectively communicate with the Global Team.
Specialist Experience
Education: medical education is a must, MBA is a plus but not a must
Years of experience more than 3 years in Marketing; experience in sales is a strong plus
Critical requirements to experience:

Solid ability to understand market trends, financial data, and customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data.

Ability to develop and execute communication plans and messaging and branding campaigns.

Skills in the areas of pricing, reimbursement, and creative product/program development.

Solid strategic planning abilities and business acumen.

Track record in leading projects to successful completion.

LRP preparation experience; knowledge in forecasting and production cycle; knowledge in pricing and market access.
English level from upper-intermediate (intermediate level is applicable in case of strong
professional experience and history of communications with a Headquarter)
